also I owe a travelcase light and a desk from them, dont take me wrong loved impression vanity products TILL this happened to me mirror is just almost 3 years old and is already not working!contacted costumer service &phone # seems to Never work, also email and NOTHING! Until I sent them a message thru Insta, they decided to answer my email 2 days after I explained the situation, sent them videos etc and this ladyfrom customer services ********************* Told me that since my mirror is under warranty of 5 years I need to ship the mirror to them (meaning I have to pay my self package and delivery) So I answered to her that I know the warranty rights. I owe other 2 mirrors from them one older than this one and another(floor mirror) and never had any problem with this. I purchased a vanity mirror from IMPRESSIONS VANITY CO The HOLLYWOOD GLOW PLUS MIRROR on APRIL 2020 Order :IVOUS-293059 Mirror stopped working out of nothing last week, tried already changing bulbs, pulling up and down the switch ¬hing. Im extremely frustrated by the lack of communication, and I only ask for replacement parts OR to be fully refunded - Seller to pay return shipping - as this product is completely unusable in its current state. The entire situation and how its been handled is simply unacceptable. I have a completely unusable, defective product. I feel Ive been totally shut out and defrauded, with a $900 MDF vanity kit which cant be assembled as-is.Today 2/14/23, my Impressions ticket # was simply CLOSED w/no update, explanation or resolution. days have passed with no further response. the previous day yet as I write this now, 4 MORE bus. Received response back from ************ Rep saying she DID escalate to mgmt. Went back into my open ticket and, via email, asked that the issue be escalated to management ASAP since 2 weeks had passed w/o ANY response from warehouse (completely unacceptable from both a customer and business perspective). Phone # still doesnt work (Ive since found many online complaints confirming this). I sent another email, received another response saying they cannot reach their warehouse. Sent follow-up email asking for status update received response saying theyd still not heard back from warehouse (asked me to be patient). Tried calling phone # listed on website/in CSRs email, but # is bogus/not in service (or not accepting calls). Email from ************ Rep said my photos and notes were sent to a their warehouse, and they would keep me updated. Submitted photos and description of the issue to ************ email per Sellers website a case # was issued w/in 24 hours. Opened a ticket on 1/26/23 regarding defects to a critical piece of the tabletop (part #**) which prevents me from assembling the product. Placed order #IVOUS-515752 for $900 Slaystation 2.0 Plus (vanity desk) on 01/21/23 received the box a few days later. They should not be listing items on their website that are out of stock and continuing to charge customers more than the original price, and never following through with their mistakes. I am requesting a partial refund of $475 for the price differences, confirmation of the mirror being shipped, and better customer service transparency for all. The original Slaystation 2.0 is also $275 less than I originally paid. I just checked on the website today and the price is only $400. This mirror still has not shipped and I am out $600. After 3 consecutive calls they finally had a mirror in stock that was smaller than the original and asked me to pay an extra $100 for it. Another day went by and I called back and they told me that it was out of stock - again never followed up with me. I asked for a different mirror that would be similar in price and they told me that they had one but that they would have to call back to ensure the warehouse had them in stock. They offered to replace the mirror with a different one and after I chose one they told me that the price difference would be another $300. They still charged me and kept the $500 and never informed me that the mirror wasnt sent. I called Impressions customer service and they informed me that the mirror was out of stock and that they had a technology error in their system. They still charged me, sent a delivery notification, and never followed up about the order. I ended up filing a claim with ***** and they informed me that Impressions never sent the mirror to begin with. I thought maybe ***** put it on another truck so I waited a day and it never came. I recently ordered a vanity and mirror combo for over $1600 and I received an email confirmation that everything was delivered via ****** When I found the packages it said that 2/3 pieces had arrived and when I opened them I realized that the $500 mirror was missing.
